Hello World!
For non-programmers, this is usually the first code we write when we start learning something. This is my first post here. I’m writing because I want to articulate my thoughts better and share them with the world, but especially for myself, so I can revisit them later, cringe or laugh at how silly they sound, and see how much I’ve changed or improved since I started.
Writing gives me clarity. I know this because I journal, and it helps me do things better. But my journal is very raw and personal, so the writing here will be one step less personal, yet still raw.
Why not social media?
Honestly, I thought a lot about it, but most social media is filled with copied, trendy, and distracting content. I’m doing this the old-school way with a personal blog where I own everything and have control over everything. After all, I love freedom in everything, especially in tech.
Besides, this is mainly for myself, so I don’t care whether anyone reads it or not.
I’ve been procrastinating on this since I bought the domain in 2019, but I’ve finally decided to write. I hope I enjoy this and continue writing here—microblogs, essays, rants, anything and everything.
This is my personal blog, where I might be abstract about some things, but always raw and real. I have another professional domain where I’ll write about my work and other professional topics. That one won’t have this level of rawness, for obvious reasons.
If you’ve read this far, it means a lot to me. Thanks a lot 🤗 If you have anything to say, write to me at gawdknows@proton.me.
